Microblogging platform X (formerly Twitter) has filed a petition with the Karnataka High Court against the Government’s use of Section 79(3)(b) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) to set up a parallel content-blocking process, according to a report by the Hindustan Times.
