Telecom companies must offer all their retail fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) plans to Public Data Offices (PDOs) for bandwidth capacities of up to 200 Mbps under the PM-WANI scheme, according to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s Telecommunication Tariff (71st Amendment) Order, 2025.
