
Reliance Jio’s president, Udai Kumar Srivastava, said service-based network slicing is possible under India’s current telecom and net neutrality regulations and added that Jio’s 5G network is fully ready for it, while speaking at TRAI event last month. Srivastava cited Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) as an example of service-based slicing already operating under current rules.
