DoT has shortlisted 144 participants in the first phase which include Airtel, Esri India, Accenture India, Amantya Technologies, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Deloitte India, Dell Technologies Inc., Nokia Networks, NEC Corporation, NTT Data, Tech Mahindra, and others.
