NEW DELHI: The Centre is considering an amendment to the TRAI Act, 1997, which would bring specific requirements to enable senior corporate executives to become the Chairperson of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), The Indian Express reported Tuesday citing an official aware of the matter.
