If the New Indian Express’ report on the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) writing to TV manufacturers to pre-load Prasar Bharati’s OTT app WAVES is accurate, then the absence of a public notice or a public consultation paper and the lack of clarity on whether any commercial arrangement exists are concerning.
