
India’s rapid adoption of artificial intelligence is already delivering tangible results, with AI applications growing by about 33%, Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said at the Rajasthan Regional AI Impact Conference 2026. He highlighted the government’s India AI Mission and the launch of a nationwide programme to train 10 lakh youth in AI skills, starting from Rajasthan, to help boost productivity, especially in small businesses.
