India’s Kerala government has directed organizers of the 30th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) to proceed with all scheduled screenings, escalating a standoff with New Delhi after the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting denied censor exemption clearance to 19 selected films.
