Searchlight Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, and the Motion Picture Association co-hosted a special reception, screening, and post-screening Q&A for A Real Pain at the MPA’s global headquarters in Washington, DC.
The evening began with welcome remarks from Charles Rivkin, Chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association; Susan Fox, Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Government Relations at The Walt Disney Company; Bogdan Klich, Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland; and Jesse Eisenberg, producer, director, writer, and star of the film.
Following the screening, a thought-provoking conversation took place between Jesse Eisenberg and The Situation Room anchor Wolf Blitzer, offering guests a deeper look into the film’s inspiration, themes, and creative process.
