Tonight, Amazon MGM Studios and the Motion Picture Association co-hosted a special reception, screening, and Q&A for Earnhardt Season 1, Episode 1 at the MPA’s global headquarters in Washington, DC.
Welcome remarks were given by Charlie Rivkin, Chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association; Steve Hartell, Vice President of Public Policy at Amazon; and Representative Tim Walberg.
The evening continued with a fireside chat moderated by John Gibson, Vice President for Public Affairs and Industry Relations at the Motion Picture Association, featuring Matt Newman, Head of Original Sports Content at Prime Video. Guests enjoyed an intimate look into the life, legacy, and lasting impact of NASCAR icon Dale Earnhardt.
