Creative Content Australia, joined the global community today in celebrating World Intellectual Property Day 2025, a moment to recognise and champion the role of intellectual property (IP) in driving creativity and innovation. This year’s theme, “IP and music: Feel the Beat of IP,” shines a spotlight on the powerful connection between music and IP rights, celebrating the universal language of music and the talented creators behind the songs know and love.
Creative Content Australia, a longstanding advocate for copyright protection through education and research, is marking the occasion by celebrating the creators, innovators and artists who bring music to life in magical movie moments. To honour World IP Day, Creative Content Australia and Roadshow Films created a new co-branded promotional clip, featuring music from the film Better Man. The clip underscores the emotional impact that music makes in film and the importance of protecting the artists behind it. Music has the power to transport us, and film has the power to amplify that emotion. By celebrating IP, we’re celebrating the creators who make that magic possible.
