    Licensing Fees Will Hurt AI Growth, Says Startup Looking To Join ANI vs. OpenAI Case

    Two more parties have filed applications with the Delhi High Court, seeking to intervene in the ongoing copyright infringement lawsuit between ANI and OpenAI. The Indian Governance and Policy Project (IGAP), a tech-focused research group and think tank, filed their application on February 19, with the stated purpose of “bringing forth policy nuances in light of existing jurisprudence.”
